Due to rising airfares, rising gas prices in Italy and the uncertain economic climate, we have decided to postpone all three 2026 food and wine tours. We believe in creating unique experiences at fair and affordable prices. Because of the current economic situation we are faced with raising the prices of our tours or waiting until 2027. We have decided to postpone our tours. All deposits will be refunded in full.

Based in Parma, we will sample traditional food, visit a prosciutto producer, a Reggiano Parmigiana Dairy and a Lambrusco winery.

Our boutique hotel is set in the hills of Southern Chianti near Radda in Chianti. We will visit wineries, explore hill towns, eat well and experience a truffle hunt.

We will visit the Rialto Market with a chef, followed by a cooking class and lunch; go on a cichetti walk, have lunch on one of the islands, and visit the glass blower studios and shops on Murano.
